Shipping Policy

Effective October 23, 2026. Applies to orders placed on or after this date. Earlier orders remain subject to the terms presented when purchased.

Shipping destinations and costs

Available destinations and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Availability depends on the product, fulfillment partner, and destination. Please review the total before placing your order.

Processing and delivery

Our products are fulfilled by supplier partners. Processing and transit times vary by item and destination. Any available product-specific or checkout estimates apply to the relevant items. Contact nathan@furgisonsupplygroup.com before ordering if you need an item by a particular date. We do not promise a uniform processing time or guaranteed arrival date.

We ship within the timeframe stated for your order. If no shipping timeframe is stated, we will follow applicable shipment deadlines. If shipment is delayed beyond the applicable timeframe, we will notify you and offer delay consent or cancellation and a refund as required by law.

Multiple packages and tracking

An order containing products from different partners may arrive in separate packages on different days. Shipping charges, if any, are shown at checkout. When tracking is available, we will send shipment information to the email provided with your order.

Addresses and delivery issues

Please enter a complete, accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed; changes cannot be guaranteed once processing starts. If a package is returned because of an incorrect address or refusal, any proposed reshipping cost will be disclosed before you authorize reshipment, subject to applicable law.

If tracking shows delivered but you cannot find the parcel, check the delivery location and household members, then contact us. We will help investigate missing, delayed, or damaged shipments. Carrier tracking alone does not waive any legal rights you may have.
